HOW FAR WILL THE STORK FLY?

We provide free delivery to locations within a 10-mile radius of our home office in Crystal Lake, IL.

Delivery areas include Crystal Lake, Cary, McHenry, Algonquin, Lake in the Hills, Woodstock, Island Lake, Carpentersville, Barrington, Schaumburg, Lakemoor, Wauconda, Elgin, Harvard, Marengo and surrounding areas for a fee.

Deliveries outside of the 10-mile radius are subject to an additional delivery charge.  Google maps will be used for the calculation.

When should I order my stork sign announcement?

Accepted Answer

You don't need to order your stork sign announcement ahead of time unless it's for a baby shower or gender reveal party! As soon as your new bundle of joy arrives, give us a call at Totally Storked Signs-N-More! The sooner you share the baby's details, the better, and we'll do our best to have the stork sign delivered before you bring your little one home!

WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED WHEN PLACING MY STORK ORDER?

Once the baby arrives, please send us the baby’s name (first & middle), birth date, weight, and length. We also need the delivery address, phone number, and a gate code if necessary.

How can I place my order and pay for the rental service?

HOW DO THE BABY SHOWER/GENDER REVEAL STORK SIGN RENTALS WORK?

Baby Shower/Gender reveal stork rentals are $130.00 plus tax. They are  installed 2 hours prior and removed 2 hours after the event. Bundles are personalized and kept by the honoree.

DO YOU OFFER SIBLING AND/OR PET SIGNS?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We offer coordinating sibling stars and dog bones to match our stork signs for $40.00 each. All big brothers and sisters love seeing their names on a sign in the yard too. The sibling signs are a memento of the occasion and kept by the baby’s siblings at the end of the rental period.

WHAT SERVICE DO YOU OFFER FOR THE PROUD GRANDPARENTS?

If a grandparents’ sign is ordered at the same time as the sign for the new parents the rental price is discounted by $10.00.
 The following options are available for the grandparents’ bundle or star (not kept at the end of the rental period):
⦁ “It’s A Grandson!”
⦁ “It’s A Granddaughter!”
⦁ “Proud Grandparents Live Here!”
 If the grandparents’ prefer a personalized bundle or star to keep at the end of the rental period the charge is $40.00.  
A couple of options include the following :
⦁ The baby’s first & middle names,  length, weight and date of birth
 Proud grandparents of (baby’s name)!

WHAT COLOR VINYL DO YOU USE ON THE BABY KEEPSAKE BUNDLES, STARS, CUPCAKE & FLAMINGO MESSAGE PLAQUES?

Baby Signs:  Our default color is black because it is easily read from a distance (the street).

What should I do if the stork or flamingo yard sign gets damaged?

Accepted Answer

Our stork and flamingo yard signs are built to last! But if you notice any damage, please let us know right away. While we aren't responsible for injuries around the signs, the renter is responsible for any damages to the rental signs. We're here to help, so don't hesitate to reach out!

Can I move the stork, cupcake, or flamingo yard sign?

Please don't move the stork, cupcake, or flamingo yard signs yourself. If you need to relocate them, just give us a call at 815-575-6693 or email us. We're happy to help!

Question 11

CAN I MOW MY LAWN WHILE THE STORK BIRTH ANNOUNCEMENT, CUPCAKE OR FLAMINGO YARD SIGNS ARE IN MY YARD?

If you mow your yard during the rental period, please be careful around the stork, cupcake or flamingo. Please avoid trimming close to the base of any of the signs.

DOES SOMEONE NEED TO BE HOME WHEN THE STORK OR CUPCAKE IS DELIVERED?

Accepted Answer

No one is required to be at the delivery address for the stork or flamingo to be placed in the front yard. If you have special instructions on where to place the stork or  flamingo, please let us know.

What's included in my stork rental?

Accepted Answer

Our stork rental package includes your choice of sign, delivery, setup, and removal! The customized bundle, featuring your baby's name, birth date, weight, and length, is yours to keep and cherish forever! For baby showers, the bundle is customized for the rental period only. Plus, you'll get a complimentary text message when your sign is delivered! Please note: sibling stars, dog bones, and kitty signs may not be available during winter months.

WHEN IS THE YARD SERVICE DELIVERY AVAILABLE?

Stork yard sign delivery is available 7 days a week! We will make every effort to have the stork installed in the front lawn before the new baby arrives home.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

Accepted Answer

We’re just like the florist. We accept Visa, Master Card, Paypal, Zelle and Discover through email correspondence in payment of a rental.  Payments must be made in full prior to delivery.
